N227EZ is an airplane designed in the 1970's by Aircraft designer Burt Rutan. The name of the design is a Long EZ and is a composite sandwich construction of fiberglass over foam. The plane is very fast for its horse power and has a range of over 1000 miles. This particular plane was built in the 80's and has sat for over ten years without any attention. I decided to rebuild her and hope to fly her this spring

I am happy to say I am the new owner of this lovely bird. She will be doing many long cross country flights with me and my wife.

I never looked at this page before because I never knew it existed, so I'm sorry I never replied to any one. Yes the plane is for sale but for now I am flying it along with a friend of mine. If any one would like to see it feel free to look me up and I would be glad to show you the plane. If any one is interested in buying it she is for sale.

Thanks for the nice word

Superb craftsmanship! Never flown a homebuilt before but just to have a chance to take a look at this actual aircraft would be my honor.
